What if I can only come on Saturday?  We would love everyone to be there for the whole experience but understand life happens.

The Saturday only fee is $20/person (5 and under are free)

This year you can look forward to:

-Contributing one food item for each of the five camp meals

-Helping out in the kitchen

-Taking on a camp job (like cleaning, tidying, games, etc.)

Job Sign Up Sheet @ camp when you sign in on Friday or Saturday.

ALL adults should sign up for at least ONE slot to assist with a task, such as in the kitchen for a meal, or a clean up job.

We could use help with a few important roles during the camp-out:

  • Grillers who can help cook Friday's dinner on the camp outdoor barbeque.

  • People who are interested in leading activities during the day on Saturday – especially

    • Baking

    • Hiking and outdoor/indoor games

    • Trips to the beach

    • Crafts or other creative projects

Meals for the Weekend:

Friday evening we will have a picnic style BYO barbeque. Bring your own meats or item to grill along with your own buns if needed. We will provide condiments. Also bring a side dish to share, such as salad, fruit, etc. ( Please NO desserts.. none of us REALLY need a bunch of children on a sugar/chocolate high that night. Trust me, they will be pumped up without any additional help!) Cutlery and dishes are provided.

The rest of the camp meals will be shared, with everyone contributing at least ONE item from the list found on sign-up genius ( link to the sign-up genius will go out in the next couple days).

If you have not registered for the Camp-Out yet Please Register NOW. Why?? Because having an accurate head count will determine how much food we ask each person to bring for the meals.  And we would like to get the food sign-up out asap. There will be gluten free options at every meal.

Saturday Breakfast – Pancakes, eggs and fruit

Saturday Lunch – Vegetarian Taco Bar

Saturday Dinner – Spaghetti and Salad

Sunday Breakfast – Oatmeal, eggs and fruit

Additional items to bring with you:

  • Clothing, toiletries, personal items, etc.

  • Bedding such as sleeping bags and pillow

  • Towel and shower shoes if planning to shower

  • Flashlights

  • Rain gear and boots – it could be wet! (hopefully not)

  • Outdoor/indoor games for your family and to share – other recreation items as desired.
